As you may have concerns related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Vern Eide Mitsubishi would like you to know that we hear you!
As always, our priority is the health and safety of our customers and our staff.
We are monitoring alerts and notifications from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and putting their guidelines in place. We will continue to adhere to all of their recommendations as well as additional guidance from Mitsubishi.
We are taking significant steps to make sure our dealership is sanitary and clean. Our showroom and service bay is cleaned thoroughly multiple times a day. Sanitization stations are placed throughout the dealership, free to use for both our employees and clients.
Our staff has been asked that during this time to practice social distancing and refrain from handshakes. They are instructed to stay home if they are feeling under the weather.
For drivers seeking service, our shop is available with normal business hours. Most of our regular practices are still in place. You are welcome to stay in your vehicle when pulling into the service lane. An advisor will greet you upon arrival. Give us a call at (605) 271-9501 to schedule your visit or our online scheduler.
Before and after service, our team will be whipping down the interior of each vehicle with sanitization wipes. While performing services, our team will also be wearing gloves.
